By using PalettePreview you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the tool.
License to use generated palettes
Color palettes are generated mathematically and are not subject to copyright. You are free to use any palette you generate or extract for personal or commercial projects — websites, brands, apps, client work, and beyond. No attribution required.
Image uploads
You may only upload images you own or have permission to use. Images are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on any server.
No warranty
PalettePreview is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While the contrast checker uses the standard WCAG formula, you are responsible for verifying that your final designs meet your accessibility, brand, and legal requirements.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalettePreview and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the tool or any palettes generated through it.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the tool means you accept the latest version.
